Victoria Lanz
President
Victoria graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A in Business Administration and a focus on entrepreneurship and management. Victoria handles all daily operations of Calco Engineering including marketing, accounting, human resources, and administration in accordance with the company's mission.
Charlie Lanz, PE
Vice President
Charlie is a civil engineer with 15 years of experience, a background in both the public and private sector, and a proven track record of successfully managing local, state, and federally funded transportation projects. The first 6 years of his career, he gained experience in the transportation field as a design engineer with duties that included roadway design, concept development, cost estimates, ROW plans, and construction inspections. Charlie served as City Engineer and SPLOST Program Manager for the City of Marietta and has worked on projects to improve streetscapes, sidewalks, roadways and intersections. Charlie has successfully managed multiple projects for GDOT, Cities of Woodstock and Marietta, Cherokee County, and Athens-Clarke County Unified Government with a commitment to quality work, client satisfaction, and responsiveness.
